Hello, I'm Neev, currently a PGY4 in Nephrology at Stanford University. I started this website in my second year of residenc in Internal Medicine at LSU Health Shreveport. I have a deep interest in the fields of Nephrology, Critical Care, and Cardiorenal Medicine.

Medicine often has two kinds of learners—'doorknockers', who take opportunities without always knowing the final outcome, and 'window openers', who prefer to see the full picture before making a move. With this website, I aim to be a doorknocker—exploring, sharing, and learning through real-world experiences with POCUS, even without always knowing where the journey will lead.
